Gilmore Girls roadtrip and Vermont Leaf Peeping

We had the opportunity to travel to Connecticut to the locations that inspired Amy Sherman-Palladino to make Gilmore Girls and then we proceeded on to Vermont for some epic "leaf peeping."
We visited Yale

Then it was on to New Milford and Washington Depot

The Mayflower Inn that was the inspiration for the Dragon Fly Inn...

Then it was on to Vermont
Stowe is beautiful!

It reminded me of Rivendell from Lord of the Rings.

We went and saw two beautiful waterfalls, and each had the same name: Moss Glen Falls

Apparently NH and VT debate who has the most covered bridges.

Some Ben & Jerry's contributors.
This is the other Moss Glen Falls.

On the day of our return, we saw a bald eagle on a lake.
