So before we left Altus we did an epic roadtrip to AZ, UT and CO.
We stayed at the View Hotel in Monument Valley
The first day we one shot it to Flagstaff, AZ, and on the way stopped at the meteor crater outside Winslow, AZ

The next day we visited Bearizona

our bears and theirs
another big hole in the ground...we made it to the Grand Canyon

in Utah we went to Union Station with Popper and GG
and the dinosaur museum, of course
and city council
and Farr's Ice Cream. We also celebrated Easter and went to Salt Lake Comic Con, but the sheer volume of pictures will warrant their own post.
then home by way of the Air Force Academy
it was pretty fun to be the family up on the wall after so many years since being on the other side

my daughter said it was a beautiful campus and she would like to go to school there...right up until she watched the video of basic training and Freshman year
